About Us

I started making pralines at a young age with my father, who was born
and raised in New Orleans, 9th Ward. We were in our home in Los Angeles, but our family history runs deep to the first settlers of Louisiana and
Mississippi. The Creole blood and history run deep in my veins, and recipes were passed down for generations to come.

As a little girl, I loved to spend time with my father because he would
always involve me in something new, whether it was cooking, music, church, or making these sweet and precious gifts we call a praline. I remember making that first praline and the feeling it brought to my mouth—it was like opening a new world to my brain as it melted, and the sweetness gripped my teeth. All that hard work and the time that it took to stir the candies and properly cool was all worth it. It was the PERFECT reward.

As time went on and years passed, I continued to make pralines, whether
it was for family events, family orders, or any sort of special occasion. It
became a staple of our family’s lives, though I didn’t make them so often that
they felt ordinary. But regardless, every time anyone took a bite from one of
my pralines, no matter where they were, it was almost as if they went back
home—to the city of jazz, to their small shotgun home, and a wave of sweet
childhood memories hit their mind.

Now, I’m finally sharing that love with the world. My mission is to bring you a taste of home, a bite of history, and a moment of pure, melt-in-your-mouth bliss—no matter where you are. I hope each praline fills your heart with warmth and nostalgia, just as it has for my family. So whether you share them with loved ones or savor them all to yourself, know that every bite is made with love, every flavor tells a story, and every praline is a sweet embrace from the soul of New Orleans.

From my family to yours—welcome to our tradition. Welcome home.
